Order Cancellation Fee

Customer-Initiated Cancellations

If you request to cancel your order within 2 hours of purchase, an order cancellation processing fee applies. This fee is charged by the payment processing system and can range between 5% - 10% of the total order amount. The fee will be deducted from your refund.

System-Initiated Cancellations

No cancellation fee applies when orders are cancelled by:

• Fraud Prevention System: Our security system flags the order for potential fraud
• Payment Flagging System: Payment processing issues are detected

Important: Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, returns are accepted. Please view our Return Policy for details.
