Refund policy

Returns

We have a5-business-day return request policy, which means you have 5 business days after receiving your item to request a return. Once approved, items must be shipped back within 7 days.

Restocking Fee

There is a 15% restocking fee for items returned for the following reasons:

  • Personal preference - didn't like the item
  • Size preference - item fits as described but customer prefers different fit
  • Color preference - item matches description but customer prefers different color
  • Found better price elsewhere
  • Changed mind about purchase

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in unused and original condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in original packaging.

Items NOT Eligible for Returns

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale items or clearance merchandise
  • Gift cards
  • Items that have been worn, damaged, used, or altered in any way

How to Start a Return

To start a return, contact us at support@classymodllc.com. If your return is accepted, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs as stated in our shipping policy. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If your return is not approved, we will contact you with the reason and return the item to you at your expense.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you receive a damaged item or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label for damaged or incorrect items.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Please allow an additional 5-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
