Return Process

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please follow the process outlined below.

To Start a Return

  1. Contact us via email or contact form within 5 business days of receiving your order and provide reasons for return
  2. Return the item to us within 30 days of receiving your order
  3. Use signature upon delivery service for returned items
  4. Ensure the item is returned in its original condition, packaging, unworn, unused and with tags (if applicable)

Important: Items sent back to us without first contacting us will not qualify for refund. Email can be sent anytime and will be responded to during business hours.

Restocking Fee

Returns for the following reasons are assessed a 15% restocking fee, and all shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility:

  • Color issues/looks different in person
  • Changed mind
  • Found similar at a better price
  • Doesn't fit
  • Didn't like

Partial Refunds

We do not offer partial refunds. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, the entire order must be returned following our return process outlined above.

Bundle/Lot Returns

For items purchased as a bundle, lot or other multi-item sets, all items must be returned together. We cannot accept partial returns of bundles, lots or sets.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, not as described/photographed, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Altered, clearance and reduced-price items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return. If the item is found to be in same condition as shipped, your purchase amount minus restocking fee (if applicable) is automatically refunded to your original payment method.

Classy Mod LLC processes refunds within 3 days of receiving returned item(s). However, depending on the company issuing the refund, it can take up to 30 days to appear on your statement.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
