Shipping Coverage

We currently offer shipping within the United States only. All orders are shipped via UPS (United Parcel Service) or USPS (United States Postal Service).

Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Vintage items may require additional handling time for quality inspection and careful packaging.

Shipping Methods and Time-frames

USPS Options

  • USPS Priority Mail: 1-3 business days
  • USPS Ground Advantage: 3-5 business days
  • USPS First-Class Mail: 3-5 business days (for lightweight items)

UPS Options

  • UPS Ground: 3 days or less (business days)

Note: Delivery time-frames are estimates and may vary based on location and postal service conditions.

Signature Upon Delivery

Most orders are shipped requiring signature upon delivery for security purposes. If you do not require someone to sign for your package, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase to request standard delivery.

Tracking Information

Classy Mod LLC will send a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available in the carrier's system.

Delivery Issues

If you haven't received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number, and we will investigate for you.

Packaging Materials

Our shipping materials include new and recycled packaging materials and boxes, including official US Postal Service shipping supplies. All vintage items are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery:

  • Protective wrapping for delicate fabrics
  • Secure, weather-resistant packaging
  • Eco-friendly materials when possible

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Package weight and dimensions
  • Destination zip code
  • Selected shipping method

Free Shipping Details

Classy Mod regularly offers free shipping promotions; however, we are unable to offer free shipping to:

  • Alaska and Hawaii
  • Puerto Rico and U.S. territories

In addition, Classy Mod reserves the right to select the most efficient and economical shipping carrier and delivery options.

Address Requirements

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We cannot be responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
