Shipping Coverage

We currently offer shipping within the United States only. All orders are shipped via UPS (United Parcel Service) or USPS (United States Postal Service).

Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Shipping Methods & Timeframes

USPS Options

  • USPS Priority Mail: 1–3 business days
  • USPS Ground Advantage: 3–5 business days
  • USPS First-Class Mail: 3–5 business days (for lightweight items)

UPS Options

  • UPS Ground: 3 days or less (business days)

Note: Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary based on location and postal service conditions.

⚠️ Important USPS Change for 2026: Effective 2026, the official USPS postmark will now reflect the date mail is first processed by an automated sorting machine, not the mailed date. This may affect delivery timelines and tracking information.

Delivery & Unclaimed Package Policy

  • Orders over $100 require a signature upon delivery. To decline this service, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
  • If your package hasn't arrived within 7 business days of your shipping confirmation, contact us with your name and order number.
  • If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier will hold your package at a nearby facility and leave a pickup notice. Please claim it within 5 business days to avoid a return.
  • Packages returned to Classy Mod for the following reasons will incur a 50% deduction from your refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable:
    • No one available to sign for package
    • Failure to pick up package from carrier facility
    • Incorrect or incomplete address

Tracking Information

Classy Mod LLC will send a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available in the carrier's system.

Our shipping materials include new and recycled packaging materials.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Package weight and dimensions
  • Destination zip code
  • Selected shipping method

Free Shipping Offers

Classy Mod regularly offers free shipping promotions; however, we are unable to offer free shipping to:

  • Alaska and Hawaii
  • Puerto Rico and U.S. territories

Classy Mod reserves the right to select the most efficient and economical shipping carrier and delivery options.

Address Requirements

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We cannot be responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
