A. Yes, shipping fees for multiple item purchases are automatically combined at checkout.

Q. Can I cancel my order?

Q. How can I track my order?

A. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. For real-time tracking updates and delivery notifications, you can download the free Shop app (available on iOS and Android) from your order status page or use the tracking number to monitor your package's progress.

Q. Do you offer partial refunds?

A. No, we do not offer partial refunds. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, the entire order must be returned following our return process.

Q. Can I return part of a bundle or lot?

A. No, for items purchased as a bundle, lot or other multi-item sets, all items must be returned together. We cannot accept partial returns of bundles, lots or sets.
